Turned 20 a few days ago, and spend a good big part of my day with my darling boy. I haven't exactly been celebrating my birthdays with people much for the past few years because there are many people who share the same birthday, and sometimes it's fathers day, so I refuse to share the celebration (if i have a choice). But the boy was so sweet because he said he'll be back in SG and thus wants to celebrate this day with me :) and i was honestly touched. hehe.
I have been wanting to try Creamier for as long as I can remember, and i got to go there finally! And since we are greedy pigs and he doesn't like the flavours I chose, he had two scoops of his own, and I two of my own. Had Earl Grey with Lavender and Thai Milk Tea. And they got me hooked instantly. The Lavender really brings out the Earl Grey Taste, and the Thai Milk Tea manage to satisfy my cravings for the drinkable version of it. Together, it was the happiest party in my mouth. :D
Just look at the lumps of smooth, creamy ice cream! Together with the crisp on the outside and fluffy on the inside waffles, it really is better than a birthday cake! *licks lips*
The place was super crowded though, given the small shop space, but we were given the option of sitting at the public tables at the playground. (We managed to get a small table inside)

Other than the celebration, i think turning 20 really signifies growing up quite a bit. And I'm heading to uni this year too, as will most of my peers. and in a quick 1.5 -2 years, will be thrown out into the working world, and into the endless rat race. It does sound a bit intimidating, but I'm glad I have people around me to give me the advice and guidance that I would need. And hopefully, I will be doing something that I like. :)
